Manhattan implementation and support in the GCC and Africa
Supply Chain Junction is Manhattan Associates' GeoPartner for Africa and the Middle East, with over 90 implementations in the GCC and Africa and teams in South Africa, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
We implement Manhattan's warehouse, order and transport systems, support them once they're live, and help you get more from them over time.
Implementation
We run design workshops in your warehouse with your team, so the system fits how you actually operate. The implementation then runs in six phases:
- Design: define and agree your business processes, and get your warehouse and master data ready.
- Build: configure the WMS and integrate it with your ERP and other systems.
- Test: system, integration, user acceptance and volume testing, with real data and real users.
- Train: train super-users and an internal trainer, with documented standard operating procedures.
- Go live: time it for a slower trading period, reduce volumes for the first days, and keep the project team on the floor.
- Stabilise and optimise: hand over support to a standing team and build optimisation benefits over a further 3–12 months.
On average it takes 6–12 months from the start of design to stable operation.
