Three ActiveWarehouse editions to suit your business requirements
Manhattan ActiveWarehouse Management is now available in three editions: Essentials, Enterprise, and Enterprise Premier. All three run on the same cloud platform, so the edition you choose is a question of scope, not commitment. Add capability as your operation grows without swapping the system underneath.
Supply Chain Junction has been implementing Manhattan across the Middle East and Africa since 2002. If you are weighing which edition suits your business, we can help you match it to how your operation actually runs today.

One platform, three editions. Step up without replacing what you built.
Every edition runs on the same Manhattan Active® platform. Moving up a tier turns on more capability — it does not replace the system underneath, and it does not mean a re‑implementation.

Not sure which edition fits your operation?
Talk to Supply Chain JunctionActiveAgents™ and Agent Foundry™, explained
ActiveAgents™ are AI agents that watch live warehouse operations and act on exceptions inside the workflow. They spot a bottleneck at the pick face, a labour shortfall on a shift, or a shipment slipping past cut-off, and step in before a supervisor has to. Agent Foundry™ is the no-code toolkit that lets your team build and govern those agents against your own rules, so the automation reflects how your warehouse actually runs.
ActiveWarehouse Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How do I choose the right ActiveWarehouse edition?
Start with the shape of your warehouse today. Single site or multi-site, standard flows or complex routing, how much automation you already run. Essentials suits a defined operation running standard workflows. Enterprise adds capacity, integrations and optimisation. Enterprise Premier is for the largest, most complex operations that need automation orchestration on day one. SCJ can walk you through the decision against a live picture of your operation.
Can I upgrade to a higher edition later?
Yes. All three editions run on the same Manhattan Active® platform. Moving from Essentials to Enterprise, or Enterprise to Enterprise Premier, does not require a re-implementation or data migration. You are turning on more capability, not replacing the system underneath.
What is included in each edition?
Every edition ships the same core warehouse capability: receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, shipping and mobile execution. Higher editions add capabilities like labour management, slotting optimisation, multi-site coordination and automation orchestration. The comparison table above shows the full picture. The table is grouped into six bands so you can see what is common across editions, what steps up at Enterprise and Enterprise Premier, what is available as an add-on, and what Supply Chain Junction delivers on top.
What implementation support does Supply Chain Junction provide?
CJ is the Geopartner for Manhattan in the Middle East and Africa. Every engagement starts with a scoping workshop against your actual operation, followed by configuration, ERP integration, training, go-live support and ongoing optimisation. You work with the same team from scope to go-live.
How is Manhattan Active® hosted?
Manhattan Active® is a cloud-native platform delivered as a managed service. SCJ works with you on regional data residency, backup and disaster recovery arrangements to fit your compliance requirements.
How long does implementation take?
Depends on scope. A single-site Essentials implementation typically runs eight to sixteen weeks. Enterprise implementations run longer because there is more configuration, more integration and often more sites. SCJ gives you a firm timeline after the scoping workshop, before you commit to the build.
What are ActiveAgents?
ActiveAgents™ are AI agents embedded in Manhattan Active®. They monitor live operations across the warehouse, flag exceptions the moment they surface, and take pre-defined actions inside the workflow. Agent Foundry™ is the no-code environment where your own team builds and governs those agents, so the rules that fire are your rules. ActiveAgents are available as an add-on across all three editions.
